After breakfast visit Kufri fun world, Fagu Valley, Green valley, Himalayan nature park and nearby places. Later in the afternoon at 3-4 pm return to Shimla. And then visit Shimla local sightseeing Include:- Mall Road, Ridge, Kali Bari Devi Temple, and Scandal Point. Lakkar Bazaar, Christ church and Lower Bazaar. Evening explore Local market of Shimla.

* Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible
* We suggest each and every traveler to carry his/her Id proof and the voucher issued by HIMALYAN TRAVEL EXPERT during the tour.
* We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
* In Hill Station, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Hill Station are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
* We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
* Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen untensile .
* No discount will be provided after confirmation.

* For booking confirmation, need to pay 25% amount in company account by Cash/Net banking in our company account. Remaining amount should be paid at the time of check in at hotel.
* Please note service Tax of 5 % is applicable for all transactions.
* All correspondence for travel arrangements should be addressed to “HIMALYAN TRAVEL EXPERT ”. For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made for confirmation of booking & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival in India or before check in hotel (before the commencement of the services).
* Advance amount is non-refundable, in case of No Show from customer & cancellation within 7 days.
* If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.
* Himalayan Travel Expert hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space Confirmed basis.
* However on exceptional cases company reserves the Right to refund the advance payment after deduction of service charge* and cancelation charges of hotels, transport etc (For example: Instant death & serious Health Issue. Please Note: Company would also need the certificates for the same for Refund)
* The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
* Services of package will be provided on written bases only & complimentary services cannot be claimed in cash/money if not provided in any case.
* For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date. Some charges may be apply Acc. Festival ,seasonal & weekend dates But from our hand is always for your best.
* Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time, In case of Prepone or postpone. (Do intimate us 7 days prior to your journey)
* Himalayan Travel Expert has a right to re-schedule the site seeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
* If any amendment within the tour is requested by the guest will be treated as fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier tour cost.
* A transfer from one tour to another of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation on that tour, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated in these terms and a fresh booking on another.
