Arrive Delhi airport/railway station and drive to Shimla (112 Kms. / 03 hrs) the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. Enroute visit Pinjore Gardens or Ropeway at Timber Trail, Parwanoo. Arrive and check into the hotel. Evening free to stroll on The Mall and the famous Ridge. Ridge is famous for its stunning vistas of the valley and the Christ Church which is the most photographed landmark of Shimla. Overnight in the hotel.
After Breakfast Excursion to Kufri. Shimla to Manali (265 Kms. 8 Hrs.)
Transfer from Shimla to Manali by surface Enroute visit Kullu valley, Beas River, Dashehra maidan etc. Arrive and transfer to hotel Manali. Evening free for rest. Night stay in Manali.
Manali (Local Sightseeing)
Morning proceed to Visit the 450 years old Hidimbadevi Temple, the oldest temple in Manali, Tibetean center & monastery, Vasisth village, known for its hot Sulpher springs Roerich art Gallery. Bahist Temple, Solang Valley which offers a spectacular view of glaciers and snow capped peaks..at an altitude of 3978 meters. Also visit Kothi, Rahala Water falls on the way. (Subject to weather conditions and road being open). Rest of the day is at leisure or takes a stroll down the Mall road. Night stay in Manali.

Manali to Dharmshala (280 Kms. /10 Hrs.)
A distance of 260 kilometer on the way stopping at Baijnath known for its Shiva Temple and further at Palampur famous For Tea Garden. Dharamhsala is a hill-station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar Mountains about 18 kms north-east of Kangra, It is known for its scenic beauty set amidst high pine and oak trees. Since 1960, when it became the temporary headquarters of His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Dharamshala has risen to international repute as “The Little Lhasa in India”. O/N Hotel Dharamshala.
Dharmshala to Dalhousie (145 Kms. / 5 Hrs.)
After Breakfast drive from Dharamshala towards Dalhousie after doing the local sightseeing of Places which includes, His holiness Dalai lama residence at Mc Leodgunj, War memorial, Bhagsunath temple and Dal Lake. Reach Dalhousie in the evening. O/N Hotel Dalhousie.
Dalhousie – Khajjiar
Dalhousie has been named after the British Governor – General of the l9th century, Lord Dalhousie. Surrounded by varied vegetation – pines, dodders, oaks and flowering rhododendron. Local sightseeing of Dalhousie includes visit to Panjipula, Subhash Baoli and excursion to Khajjiar 24 Kms. from Dalhousie surrounded by thick Deodar forest. Dalhousie – Amritsar (202km. /4 Hrs.)
Transfer from Dalhousie to Amritsar by Surface. Arrive Amritsar and check in to your pre booked hotel. After freshen up visit Golden Temple, Mata Mandir, Jallianwala bagh and Visit Wagah Border enjoy the place. Overnight at Hotel.
After B/F check out from hotel. and then from there only Depart for Delhi. On arrival drop at Railway Station/Airport.

* In Hill Station, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Hill Station are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
* We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.

* All correspondence for travel arrangements should be addressed to “HIMALYAN TRAVEL EXPERT ”. For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made for confirmation of booking & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival in India or before check in hotel (before the commencement of the services).
* Advance amount is non-refundable, in case of No Show from customer & cancellation within 7 days.
* If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.
* Himalayan Travel Expert hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space Confirmed basis.
* However on exceptional cases company reserves the Right to refund the advance payment after deduction of service charge* and cancelation charges of hotels, transport etc (For example: Instant death & serious Health Issue. Please Note: Company would also need the certificates for the same for Refund)
* The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
* Services of package will be provided on written bases only & complimentary services cannot be claimed in cash/money if not provided in any case.
* For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date. Some charges may be apply Acc. Festival ,seasonal & weekend dates But from our hand is always for your best.
* Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time, In case of Prepone or postpone. (Do intimate us 7 days prior to your journey)
* Himalayan Travel Expert has a right to re-schedule the site seeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
* If any amendment within the tour is requested by the guest will be treated as fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier tour cost.
* A transfer from one tour to another of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation on that tour, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated in these terms and a fresh booking on another.
